We require a 50% deposit to reserve the restroom trailer, with the remaining 50% due three days prior to your event.
Your quoted price covers the unit’s delivery, setup, toilet attendant, and pickup. It also includes hand sanitizer, hand dryer, toilet paper, soap, and deodorizer.

No, you are not required to be present for delivery and pickup. Delivery location is enough, but pictures or a map view can help. Being present during delivery can help with placement issues.

Luxflush toilet renting services come with a standard one attendant per mobile toilet unit who ensures all toilets are always clean; more attendants depend on the number of guests or special requests.
The renter is responsible for any deliberate damage or vandalism that occurs to the portable toilet or restroom trailer during their event. To ensure availability, early booking is recommended for restroom trailers.
Our refund policy is flexible & created to protect our customers’ interests. If a cancellation is made 3 days prior to the event, we will issue a refund.
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. However, we are accessible online 24/7.
