Marketer Job
We seek a marketer to join our team and play a critical role in driving our company’s growth and success. The ideal candidate should be proactive, motivated, passionate about marketing and sales, and committed to delivering exceptional sales to our company. The marketer will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, maintaining existing client relationships, and achieving set sales targets.
Primary Responsibilities
- Generate new business; Reach out to potential clients via cold calling, networking.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- Maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with management, supervisor, customer service department.
Qualification
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing or a related field.
- Having marketing experience with an event-related agency can be beneficial, but it is not mandatory.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in booking software, CRM software, and other sales-related tools/software.

Compensation & Benefits
At Lux Flush, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. total compensation consists of basic salary + commission+ Transport allowance.
- Salary - N60,000 - 70,000.
- Commission - 5%.
- Transport allowance - Yes.
- Car - 3 months from resumption.
