Supervisor Job
We’re seeking a supervisor willing to advance their career with the leading mobile toilet rental company. The successful candidate will oversee operations, manage a team of drivers and toilet attendants, ensure proper delivery and setup, and guarantee customer satisfaction.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage all bookings using our booking and renting software.
- Develop and execute service programs and activities
- Train and coach employees to meet quality expectations
- Monitor and supervise the team
- Manage resources and hours to provide top-notch service delivery to customers.
- Maintain Lux Flush standards; ensure that the teams keep the mobile toilets and environment clean, hygienic, and safe before and after rentals.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on delivery trucks, mobile toilets, and other equipment.
- Evaluate workers' performance, recommend improvements, or take corrective action.
- Supervise appropriate safety procedures when handling or transporting equipment.
- Oversee waste disposal at designated disposal sites, complying with federal laws regulating waste disposal methods.
- Control inventory of supplies and equipment for the proper maintenance and upkeep of all chemicals, tools, and safely assigned property equipment according to company policy.
- Inspect equipment after and before service delivery.
- Establish and maintain interpersonal relationships, build trust, and expand our client base by providing an exceptional experience with each service.
- Communicate with management, Marketer, and customer service.
- Provide daily and weekly reports and use checklists.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualification
- A diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in supervisory or a related field.
- Any combination of education and experience demonstrates the required skill and knowledge for successfully performing assigned duties.
- Strict attention to safety
- Mobile/ Portable toilet industry experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 5kg
- Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions and customer work environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate a solid commitment to meeting the client's service needs.
- Ability to use mobile phone applications.

Compensation & Benefits
At Lux Flush, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. total compensation consists of basic salary + commission+ Transport allowance.
- Salary - 70,000 -80,000
- Commission - 2%.
- Transport allowance - Yes.
