Toilet Attendants
We are seeking for a toilet assistant to join our team and help ensure our guests have clean, well-stocked, and hygienic portable restrooms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up the toilets, maintaining their cleanliness, and providing a pleasant user experience for our guests.
Primary Responsibilities
- Help with the mobile toilet setup.
- Loading sanitary supplies like toilet paper, toilet seat covers, hand sanitizer, etc.
- Replenishing bathroom accessories as needed
- Regularly cleaning surfaces and sanitizing the facilities between users
- Collaborate with management, supervisor, customer service department.
- Restocking supplies like toilet paper, hand sanitizer, toilet seat covers, and deodorant.
- Monitoring usage and managing traffic flow efficiently.
- Ensuring that proper hygiene practices are followed within the restroom area.
- Providing on-spot assistance regarding restroom usage, guiding users to available units, or answering queries.
- List ItemAlerting management and event organizers about any issues.
- Securing toilet units.
- Performing other duties as assigned
Qualification
- Any experience or training demonstrating the required skill and knowledge is an added advantage.
- One year of cleaning experience/skills.
- Strict attention to safety.
- Mobile / Portable toilet industry experience is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Positive attitude.
- Ability to work as a team player.
- Ability to frequently lift items weighing up to 5kg.
- Ability to work efficiently in all weather conditions and customer work environments.
- Providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Knowledge of proper sanitation practices.
- The ability to handle customer inquiries or complaints calmly.

Compensation & Benefits
At Lux Flush, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable. total compensation consists of basic salary + commission+ Transport allowance.
- Salary - N50,000 - 55,000
Final offer amounts may vary based on experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
